SIGLENT SAP2500 is a compact active probe for oscilloscopes, featuring high input resistance and low input capacitance, which minimizes circuit loading. This model is designed for use with SIGLENT SDS5000X and SDS6000A series oscilloscopes, equipped with the SAPBus interface. When you attach the probe output connector to the oscilloscope’s input connector, the oscilloscope recognizes the probe and provides proper termination. With the SAPBus interface, the SAP2500 probe becomes an integral part of the oscilloscope. The probe can be controlled from the oscilloscope’s front panel. The oscilloscope provides power to the probe, so there is no need for a separate power supply or batteries.
