LC/UPC blue fiber optic connector designed to connect an optical cable and an optical socket, followed by signal transmission. The connector is used in optical SFP transceivers, some network equipment, and in distribution panels where a high density of optical ports is required. LC connectors are a smaller version of SC connectors.
The connector is made of plastic and has a locking latch, which is used in modular connectors of copper cable systems (RJ-45 locking system). The diameter of the connector's ferrule is 1.25 mm. The LC/UPC connector guarantees a fast, high-quality, and reliable connection.
