QianLi Macaron Max Integrated Spot Welding Machine

This tool is the latest generation of Qianli Macaron spot welding machines that allow you to solder BMS boards of phone batteries.

Compared to the previous versions, this doesn`t require separate external fixtures.

Features

• The color screen enables real-time visualization of spot welding parameters: PreHt, Pulse, HtGap, and Times.
• These parameters can be adjusted using the UP, DOWN, and OK buttons.

Before you start working

• To start, place the cell in the silicone maintenance area of the spot welding machine and adjust the welding base clamp to connect the welding part of the cell.
• Preheat first, and only after some time, start soldering.
• Press the spot welding pen appropriately to ensure proper contact between the welding terminal and the nickel sheet without floating or poor contact.
