RIGOL PA-DSA1030 is an option that enables a built-in preamplifier for the RIGOL DSA1030 and the RIGOL DSA1030-TG Spectrum Analyzers. It is standard on the RIGOL DSA1030A and the RIGOL DSA1030A-TG Spectrum Analyzers.
A preamplifier reduces the displayed average noise level giving better visibility of signals close to the noise floor. An icon will be displayed on the left of the screen when the preamplifier is on. The preamplifier will be disabled automatically when the input attenuation is set higher than 30 dB.
