SIGLENT CP6030A is an oscilloscope current probe with a 100 MHz bandwidth, designed for DC/AC current measurements. The probe offers high bandwidth, fast and accurate current waveform capture, with an accuracy of up to 1%, and low circuit insertion loss. It can be used with any oscilloscope that has a high-impedance BNC input.
