Operating Principles

Vacuum Platform

• Open the door, put in the display module, close the door.
• Turn the device on.
• Set the temperature of 40-60 °C. The temperature settings depend on the model of the display module.
• Press the Start button.
• When the vacuum stopped working, take the LCD module out.
• To release the pressure, press the button which is located next to the manometer under the cover.

Autoclave

• Make sure that there is no pressure in the chamber.
• Open the chamber door and put the display module in, close the door.
• Press the button, which is located next to the manometer.
• Close the door, press the Start button.
• When the process is finished, release the pressure. Press the button that is located next to the manometer under the cover.
• Now you can open the autoclave door.
• Warning! Do not open the device when it is working under pressure!
• The display and the glass are bonded. Now the LCD module can be installed in a cell phone.
