ACHI IR-12000 is a multi-function semi automatic infrared soldering system with embedded industrial PC.

  • IR+Hot Air (2-in-1) combined BGA machine.
  • 3 heating areas: top IR heater; bottom hot air heater + IR preheater.
  • Top ceramic heater (Elstein RFS/80-400) imported from Germany.
  • There are 6-8 levels of variable and constant temperature controls.
  • An advanced OMEGA K-type thermocouple.
  • Uses high technology of closedloop temperature control and automatic temperature adjustment system with PLC and temperature module to enable precision temperature control of ±2 deg C.
  • An external temperature sensor enables temperature monitoring and accurate analysis of real time temperature profile.
  • Drawer door with high definition color touch screen operation panel.
  • Real time settings and actual temperature profile display allow to analyze and correct the parameters.
  • Adjustable height of bottom hot air heater.
  • Internal vacuum pump and external vacuum pen to assist with fetching the BGA chip.
  • Equipped with emergency switch and automatic power to avoid accident in case of an emergency.
  • Can be connected to a computer or notebook with USB interface for upgrading software.
  • Mainboard fixation in any position.
