SIGLENT DF2001A is a deskew fixture used to calibrate the time delay between current and voltage probes. It's best to use SIGLENT DF2001A with a power measurement option, as it greatly improves measurement accuracy. This deskew fixture is compatible with four-channel SIGLENT oscilloscopes of SDS2000X, SDS2000X Plus and SDS5000X series.
