AS-111 is the separator machine with built-in vacuum pump. The LCD module is attached to the separator platform with the sucked flow of the air. We recommend using it to separate the broken glass and the display module in up to 11.1” smartphones/cell phones or tablets. The device is quite compact and doesn't take up a lot of space.

AS-111 Operating Principles
- Put the display module on the silicone pad.
- Turn the separator on and set the temperature at approximately 100-120 °C .
- Press the Start button.
- When the separator is heated to the required temperature, take the wire and place it between the glass and the touch screen. Leaning on the side rails move the wire left and right and pull it at the same time to cut off the glue.
