Note! We cannot provide information about the bank fee, as it depends on the destination country, your bank, your order total amount, etc. In case of payment refund, the bank fee compensation is not possible; we bear no responsibility for that.

How to choose a payment method
Select any product(s) from those available for purchasing from All Spares and add them to your shopping chart by clicking "Buy now" button. After filling-in shipping info and choosing delivery company you will be forwarded to the page with available payment methods. There you will find the detailed description of each payment method including additional transfer fees (if any) you will be charged.
As soon as your order is submitted, All Spares will send you a confirmation e-mail with the detailed information about your order including necessary payment information. For this reason we ask you to provide us with your actual e-mail address.
Paying via wire transfer
Once the payment is done, please let us know the reference number or MTCN number (Money Transfer Control Number), payment amount, full name of the payer, country and town of residence. This information will serve a requisite while processing your order.
Paying via credit card or online payment systems
When you choose to pay for your order via any online payment system or your Visa / MasterCard, the system will automatically redirect you to the page of the respective payment method.
Alternatively, you can pay for the order from your account page on All Spares. For this purpose you just need to login on the site and go to Invoice Tracking or Past Orders section.
We have successfully completed PayPal Verification procedures, and buyers can learn about us before sending their payments via PayPal. Security is our prime requirement, and we do our best to remain a trustworthy shopping place.

The default currency is set to US dollar, therefore all card transaction amounts will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. All Spares can change prices for the products in our web-catalogue at any time, especially to correct pricing errors that may occur.
The total order amount will comprise of the product price on the day of ordering, transfer fee defined by the method you select, and shipping charge.
If you pay via wire transfer, please, make sure to pay all bank fees. Your order can be dispatched only when we receive the entire invoice amount.
Refund and returns
All Spares takes every possible step to make our customers totally satisfied with shopping at our online store and we are ready to provide you with comprehensive information about the product you would like to purchase. Please, pay attention, that refunds are performed only on the decision of the Company Management. If you claim for refund, you must wait for our written confirmation prior sending the purchased product(s) back.
The product shall be subject to return if it is packed in the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, documentation etc. that had been shipped with the product. You should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
Refund for a returnable product will be based on the product price excluding delivery costs. This means that customer covers all delivery costs regarding his order.
